Mr. H had been transferred to the medical complex earlier that day. 7KH 2PEXGVPDQ 2IÀFH FRPPHQFHG LWV LQYHVWLJDWLRQ into the death of Mr. H and investigators went to the 5HKDELOLWDWLRQ &HQWUH DQG VHFXUHG DOO RI 0U +·V administration and medical records and interviewed witnesses. The investigation found that the death of Mr. H.
