needs of the prisoners or detainees have been identified and classified correctly.
Observation
Check how the custody staff talks to and interacts with prisoners or detainees in their care
Check the arrangements for booking an appointment in the relevant office in prisons or
detention facilities (for example for a call, a visit, and a medical appointment) that allows
privacy for the detainee.
