The interaction of staff with visiting relatives
The level of the presentations by attending workshops whenever possible
The number of prisoners or detainees effectively enrolled in various resettlement
programmes.
10- Learning, work and skills activities
Prisoners or detainees should be able to engage in activities from which they can benefit
while increasing their ability to work. They should be encouraged and empowered to learn
and acquire new skills either during or after their terms.
