Indicators
Information and data related to prisoners or detainees should be effectively used to
develop the objectives of education programmes, the acquisition of skills.
The staff supervising the education programmes, the acquisition of skills and the
provision of employment opportunities should be highly qualified and have the right
capabilities that enable them to make the necessary arrangements to achieve
quality in their programmes.
The individual needs of the prisoners or detainees are determined accurately and
promptly and plans are drawn to meet them effectively.
There is sufficient space available for purposeful activities that are accessible to all
prisoners or detainees.
