After downloading and completing the complaint form from the Ombudsman website, a complaint can be filed using one of the following methods:
A – By delivering the complaint to the representatives of the Directorate of Internal Audit and Investigations at the Interior Ministry security directorates (Five directorates, one in each governorate), according to place of residence of the complainant or location of the event.
B – By sending an e-mail the completed complaint form at: complaints@ombudsman.bh
C – By personally bringing the completed form to the ombudsman office, at the following address:
