Ombudsman receives BIPA delegation

Ombudsman Nawaf Al-Maawda has today received the 19th batch of participants taking part in the Bahrain Institute of Public Administration (BIPA) National Leadership Development Program. He welcomed the programme participants, stressing keenness on building bridges of communication and cooperation with ministries, enterprises and government departments to promote administrative and professional development.

He underlined the importance of the Public Administration (BIPA) National Leadership Development Program, which was adopted by the Civil Service Council to meet all training needs of the new civil servants and of the government executive leaders.

Ombudsman affairs director Abdulrahman Faris delivered a lecture highlighting the Ombudsman structural organization, duties, development and training programmes. He also shed light on the Ombudsman’s reports which highlight efforts to promote human rights.

The Ombudsman received previously another batch of participants in Bahrain Institute of Public Administration (BIPA) National Leadership Development Program as part of administrative cooperation to promote human resources development.
