Ombudsman receives Norwegian deputy ambassador

The Ombudsman, Nawaf Mohammed Al Moawda, today received the Deputy Ambassador of Norway Kingdom to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Andres Holmen.

Al Moawda welcomed the ambassador affirming the Ombudsman Office's keenness on extending bridges of cooperation and exchanging of wcpertise with the relevant international institutions. He expressed his hope of further consolidation of the bilateral relations between the two kingdoms in the area of human rights, citing the ongoing communication with Norwegian diplomats as part of international cooperation activities.

Deputy Ombudsman, Ausama Ahmed Al Asfoor, International Cooperation and Development Director Ghada Hameed Habib, and Senior Interrogational Cooperation Specialist Mariam Ahmed Abdulnoor attended the meeting.
